The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to anticipate needs, such as quickly providing a cork for an impromptu wine bottle opening. The well-decorated rooms were a haven of cleanliness and comfort, with stunning night views and luxurious robes adding to the experience. The shower's amazing water pressure was a refreshing touch after a day of exploration.The hotel's commitment to an eco-friendly ethos was evident in every corner, from the natural scents of pandan leaves and cinnamon sticks to the gentle care put into every detail, down to the sensitive-skin-friendly, in-house made toiletries. The location in Thao Dien was ideal, with bustling cafes nearby and a serene atmosphere perfect for leisurely coconut sipping while watching the local life pass by.Being upgraded to a spacious room with a kitchen and a bathtub in the living room was a luxurious surprise, and the comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep. The attentive reception staff offering coconut water upon check-in added a personal touch to the experience. The top-floor pool was a highlight, offering a haven of relaxation with panoramic views.Though located slightly away from the city center, the convenience of Grab taxis made exploring easy. Amanaki Thao Dien provided a memorable stay that seamlessly blended comfort, personalized service, and a touch of eco-conscious luxury.
